Information about the School
Format
The beginning of the school is planned for the afternoon of Sat, February 28th with registration in the early afternoon and lectures starting at 3:00 pm. The closing of the school will take place on Sat, March 7th at noon after a morning session of lectures.
A large part of the program of the Schladming Winter School is filled by lectures given by the key speakers. The lectures are all held in English. In addition, a limited number of 20-minute timeslots will be available for participants to give a seminar. We also plan to have posters. You can indicate your interest to give a seminar or present a poster by submitting a title and abstract when you complete the registration form.
With blocks of lectures and seminars in the morning and late afternoon every day, there is a long lunch break suitable for discussions, skiing or other activities. A schedule for the school will be posted on this site at a later date.
