Eine Vortragsreihe, die von Ulrich Hohenester und Philipp Berghofer (Philosophie, Uni Graz) an der Urania Graz kuratiert wird.

In den kommenden Jahren feiern die grundlegenden Arbeiten zur Theorie der Quantenmechanik von Louis de Broglie (1924), Werner Heisenberg (1925) und Erwin Schrödinger (1926) ihren 100. Geburtstag. Seitdem hat sich die Quantenmechanik zu der erfolgreichsten Theorie der Physik entwickelt, auch wenn ihre Interpretation weiterhin umstritten bleibt. In einer Vortragsreihe, die von Ulrich Hohenester und Philipp Berghofer (Philosophie, Uni Graz) an der Urania Graz kuratiert wird, werden die historischen Entwicklungen der Quantenmechanik und die offenen philosophischen Fragestellungen erörtert.

Die Vorträge sind für Studierende von NAWI Graz und Philosophie frei zugänglich. Sie finden jeweils um 19.00 Uhr im Hörsaal VI, Alte Technik, Rechtbauerstraße 12/P statt.
