Last month, Jasper Stiegler, a student at the HTL Kaindorf, worked as part of a summer internship at the Institute of Physics under the guidance of Dr. Andreas Hohenau (Nano-Optics) and Robert Holzapfel (Precision Mechanics Workshop). The aim was to create an experimental setup with a thermal imaging camera for the advanced laboratory course.
He diligently set up the experiment almost independently in the workshop and tested it. The completed experiment will benefit the physics students in the coming semester.
