40 Doctoral candidates from KFU and TU Graz met for the first DocDay in Fürstenfeld. A total of 24 speakers reported on their research projects.

Normally, the DocDay of the Doctoral Schools in Physics of the KFU and TU Graz takes place as a one- or two-day event at one of the two universities in Graz. Plans had already existed for some time to meet outside of Graz. On September 25 and 26, it finally happened. The first DocDay outside of Graz took place at the JUFA in Fürstenfeld. A total of 24 doctoral candidates presented their exciting research projects there and exchanged ideas during breaks and in the evening program.
